George Lightbourn

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lightbourn is currently President of the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute, a Milwaukee-based think tank focusing on Wisconsin public policy issues. Prior to his current appointment Mr. Lightbourn served two governors as Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Administration.

Mr. Lightbourn has held various budget and management posts in Wisconsin state government beginning in 1977. He has served on numerous boards including the Wisconsin Investment Board, the UW Hospital and Clinics Authority Board, the Educational Communications Board, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority Board and the Wisconsin Center Board. He has also served on the Madison Cultural Arts District Board, the Monona Community Development Authority, the Board of Directors of CMC Heartland Partners based in Chicago and WCA Services which is affiliated with the Wisconsin Counties Association. Mr. Lightbourn received a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is married and has three grown children.

Grant R. Stousland
President and Chief Executive Officer Gaming Informatics, LLC Elected 2009
Prior to joining Gaming Informatics, Mr. Stousland was founder of The MJ Grant Company, a manufacturer of licensed consumer products selling apparel and accessories to national and regional retail chains. In addition, Mr. Stousland served as Executive Vice President of Interstate Promotions, a distributor of licensed products to national retailers. Mr. Stousland received a BS degree in Finance and Investment Theory from the University of Wisconsin − Madison.
Bradley L Hutter
President Mortenson Investment Group Elected 2006

Mr. Hutter is currently serving as President of the Mortenson Investment Group (MIG). MIG is a real estate and private investment company located in Madison, Wisconsin.

In addition to serving on the boards of member MIG companies, Mr. Hutter holds board seats with the United Way of Dane County Foundation Board of Trustees, St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Director, to name a few. In addition, Mr. Hutter is former Director of the Dane County Humane Society, former Chairman of the United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society, served on the 2002 United Way Campaign Cabinet and continues his ongoing commitment to charity through the Mortenson Family Foundation and work with participating agencies of the United Way of Dane County.

Mr. Hutter graduated with honors from the University of Wiscosin - Madison and has a law degree from Wake Forest School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Wisconsin.

Loren D. Mortenson
Former President Mortenson Investment Group Elected 2005

Mr. Mortenson is a well respected business leader in the state of Wisconsin. The companies he founded and help grow through his financial investments include Mortenson, Matzelle and Meldrum Insurance, Inacom Information Systems, Gaming Informatics, LLC, Food Concepts, and Ideal Builders, to name a few.

Mr. Mortenson's philanthropic commitments include the United Way's Alexis de Tocqueville Society; Director of the United Way of Dane County Trust Foundation; Director of the Capital Times Kids Fund; and a supporter and past director of Young Life of Madison. He is a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, The Bascom Hill Society, the UW Alumni Association, the Badger Fund's Director's Club, and the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. In addition, Loren founded the Mortenson Family Foundation, a trust that assists charitable, scientific and educational organizations in the extended Madison community.

A native of Brooten, Minnesota, Loren first served in the U.S. Navy before coming to Madison nearly forty years ago. He has an economics degree from the UW-Madison and began his career with Mortenson, Matzelle and Meldrum Insurance, an independent agency which he founded in 1970.
